It comes with 3, presets on its own, each of them modifyable on the synth GUI easy as you can just drag around in the lower left "performance morphing matrix" the official name of it escapes me right now. The other synths and the EXS come with tons of further presets of their own. You should be able to find a pretty similar sound somewhere in the library.
I'd recommend using Alchemy for a start and look around in its presets. Anyway, if you search for "bell" in either the library "master" patches or in the Alchemy patches, there's several hits that will already get you a pretty close sound to what's in that YT video.
It's actually closer to 85GB if you consider all content apple loops, impulse responses etc. There's an incredible array of string sounds that you can get out of only Logic and its content, from natural to synthetic. You would get more out of learning to use what you already have than by trying to get more. Mastering a synth or a sample for example would allow you to quickly dial in exactly the sound you have in your head rather than browsing for sample after sample without knowing which one to choose.
